Nigel Mcknight helped to dismiss the theory that duathlon’s not just a winter sport, by taking part in the very popular duathlon series at Kirkstown on a very hot Saturday morning. Well done Nigel.
The heat was also a factor for all concerned at the Sheephaven middle distance triathlon, Co Donegal. The beautiful scenery wasn’t enough to distract Kyle Leckey, Simon Daly and Susan Brown from a hard day at the office! All three prevailed against the heat, jellyfish and a particularly hilly course. Congratulations to Susan on the completion of her first middle distance triathlon
