Weekend round-up
Riada team members turned out at 4 different races this weekend.
First up, we had Eddie Hampton and Mark Allison in action at the Glenariff mountain race, aka The Potato race. Looks like a great off road race, with a staggeringly steep climb, carrying a potato to the top!
Well done! A hard effort for a bag of potatoes!!!!
Meanwhile, Neil Ramsbottom ran the Carlingford half marathon and completed it in a pb of 1:44:34. Great work!
Over in Letterkenny, Sonia Knox tackled the National Duathlon Championship, (standard distance). Sonia had a fantastic race, was 4th female overall and won her age group!!! Woohoo! A great start to your season!
Finally, despite heavy rain and poor conditions, Janine Gordon battled hard in the mixed A4 race around The Loup, at the Spires GP. Well done, on such a miserable day.
