Riada members Angela Calderwood and Julie Sittlington kicked of this week taking part in the Ballymena Belles 5 mile road race in Galgorm on Tuesday 11th April (organised by Ballymena Runners). The popular race was well-organised with lots of support along the route!
Bringing up the end of the week we have Billy Smith competing in the Ballyliffin International Coastal Challenge in the 10 mile distance on Saturday 15th April in Donegal in a time of 1:30:11. This was another well organised event with almost 1300 competitors enjoying the spectacular coastal scenery on what turned out to be a sunny and dry day. Billy along with other team mates will be back next year for sure ! Well done everyone!
