Last week, Riada TC member Sonia Knox headed off to Denmark with her bike!!! Maybe just a little cycling holiday with her good husband (and faithful bagman!) Gareth????
Nope!!! She raced at the ITU World Duathlon Championships in Fyn, Denmark on Sunday 8th July and became the World Champion in the 45-49 age group!!!
What a fantastic result! A HUGE congratulations from all your Riada club mates!!!
